    plz can someone explain... how metabolic acidosis or alkalosis is caused?? as in why metabolic alkalosis is caused due to hyperventilation??
    *propofol causes myoclonus. how??

    hypoveltillation --> increase CO2 in body -->lower pH(ACIDIC).

    SO in order to compensate(neutralise) metabolic alkosis will take place by body.
